more of the same

I need to have another surgery. I'm still mulling over what my doc said, and I'm waiting to meet with two other doctors to hear their opinions. When I have all the info, I'll post a longer entry. I will say this, though: while I was expecting that I'd need further surgery at some point, I didn't expect it would have to be so soon. And so extensive. To say I'm unhappy about it would be an understatement.

My balcony, on the other hand, makes me happy.
